Building Beyond Structures

An electrical engineer by training from REC Hamirpur (now NIT Hamirpur), he further strengthened his management acumen through executive programmes at IIM Calcutta and IIM Ahmedabad.

He began his professional journey in the corporate sector, gaining over 14 years of experience with globally respected organizations such as ESRI, Sify, HCL Technologies, Gartner, and IBM.

In 2009, he transitioned into entrepreneurship, and later in 2019 founded Blue Mountain Corporation with a vision to address the unique infrastructure challenges of the North-East.

As Chairman & Managing Director, he leads the development of Federation Enclave—one of the region’s most ambitious and thoughtfully designed township projects. His work reflects a blend of technical expertise, strategic foresight, and a strong understanding of hill-region construction dynamics.

Driven by purpose and guided by experience, Parthapratim Phukan continues to build institutions and communities that create enduring value.
